Day 23 - Wednesday, February 19 - We head to Deli's Coffee to co-work in the basement; indulge in patisserie for lunch, and visit the Shakespeare Pub for evening beers. Cloudy with sprinkles 54°F (12°C)
The weather was not predicted to be favorable today, so we decided to find a place to do some co-working on the blog. Jamil searched around online, and found us a fabulous spot a few steps from our maison.
Deli's Coffee is located in a tiny alleyway. It has a cozy co-working space, in the basement!
You can stand at the side, or in the middle is a big table, with powersupply available! for 7 euros, you get a coffee, a cookie, and two hours of co-working.
The cookies were a bit stale, but it was a good deal for such a cozy space, which we mostly had to ourselves.
On the way home later that afternoon, we stopped at Maison Bonnaire for the requisite baguette, and of course, some patisserie! So hard decide! We chose chocolate eclairs and it was a great choice.
A bit surprised to find that the inside was also filled with chocolate!
After dinner and the yummy eclairs, we decided to go out! We knew there was an English pub nearby, called The Shakespeare so we thought we would check it out.
We had a couple of beers and people-watched. It was an interesting mix of people!
